Scallop
Request A QuoteSimmon's world famous Scallop blade features a hollow ground cutting edge, meaning each Scallop in individually ground to perfection, resulting in the ultimate slicing blade. Since 1946, this blade has been providing clean consistent cuts in foam fabrication, food processing, packaging and other special industrial applications. Standard Scallop blades are produced from carbon steel and have a 1/2" pitch. Stainless Steel blades are available by special request for wet food processing and caustic applications. Many of our cut-to-length Scallop blades have holes or rivets added and are used in reciprocating applications such as bread slicing, meat slicing and packaging.
